“Implementing their AI agents completely transformed our customer support pipeline. Hands down the best tech integration we’ve done this year.”

Evolvv AI builds AI voice agents, workflow automation and custom AI agent systems for businesses across the United States. We work from Brooklyn, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida. Eight of our voice agents are live on our homepage and you can talk to one in your browser before you speak to anyone here.
Book a 30-minute callEvolvv AI is an AI agency. We build three things, and they are easier to judge than to describe. An AI voice agent is software that holds a real phone conversation: it listens, works out what the caller wants, and speaks back inside the pause a person will tolerate before silence feels wrong. Workflow automation is the wiring behind it, moving records between the tools you already pay for so nobody retypes anything. AI agent development is the harder category: systems that decide what to do next rather than following a fixed script.
The clearest thing we can show you is not a case study. Eight of our voice agents are live on our homepage and you can talk to one in your browser right now, with no form and no booking in the way. Interrupt one mid-sentence and listen for whether it stops. Give it a vague answer and see whether it asks a clarifying question. Change your mind halfway through a booking. Those three moments are where voice agents usually fall apart, and how a specific build handles them tells you more than any recorded demo, which by definition only shows the calls that went well.
Buyers search by city and by state, so these pages exist both ways. We deliver remotely from Brooklyn, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida, there is no office in any of the locations below, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Distance is not usually the problem on this kind of work. The problem is a build that only one person understands. We structure engagements the same way regardless of where you sit: a short call to establish whether the thing is buildable, then defined checkpoints where you test the system yourself rather than watch a demo of it. For voice agents that means live test calls with you on the line, because a transcript can look perfect while the call sounds broken.
Every build ships with documentation so your own team can run and maintain it. That is the part clients tend to mention afterwards, and it is the part most likely to be skipped when an agency is optimising for its own retainer. Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific all overlap with our working day for at least four hours, which is enough for the sessions that need to be live.
An AI voice agent is software that holds a phone conversation. It transcribes what the caller says as the words arrive, decides what to say next, and speaks the reply in a synthetic or cloned human voice, all inside the gap a person will tolerate before a silence feels wrong. That definition separates it from the two things it is usually confused with. An automated phone menu maps a keypress or a single spoken keyword to a fixed branch, so a sentence it was not built for gets you the options again. A text chatbot handles open language but has no clock, because a reader waiting two seconds notices nothing. A voice agent carries both constraints at once: open language and a hard timing budget. The practical test is not how human the voice sounds. It is whether the system handles a sentence nobody anticipated while holding the rhythm of a normal conversation.
Evolvv AI works with businesses anywhere in the United States. We operate from Brooklyn, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida, and we deliver remotely, which is normal for this kind of engineering work. The city pages linked above exist because buyers search that way, not because we keep an office in each one. What actually matters for a voice or automation build is time-zone overlap for the working sessions, a shared calendar for testing, and a handover that leaves your team able to run the system. All three are things we do the same way whether you are two miles from Brooklyn or three time zones west of it. If you need someone physically in the room on a regular basis, we will tell you plainly that we are not the right fit rather than take the work and disappoint you.
No, and we would rather say so directly than imply otherwise. Evolvv AI has two locations: Brooklyn, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida. We do not have premises in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Santa Clara, San Francisco or Los Angeles. Plenty of agencies list a dozen city addresses that are mailboxes or coworking desks, and it tells you nothing useful about who will actually build your system. What we can tell you is who does the work, what we have shipped, and what our clients said about it. Eight of our voice agents are live on our homepage and you can hold a real conversation with one in your browser before you speak to anybody here. That is a more honest test of capability than an address.
The first step is a 30-minute call, and the useful outcome of that call is a clear yes or no on whether the thing you want is buildable in the way you imagine it. We will usually ask what happens today when the task you want automated goes wrong, because the failure path is what shapes the build. After that, small voice agent work and automation wiring tend to move quickly, while anything touching a CRM, a calendar, or regulated data takes longer because the integrations and the testing are the real work rather than the model. We do not quote a fixed timeline on a page before knowing what we are building. Anyone who does is guessing, and you would be right to distrust the number.
There are two costs and they behave differently. The build is a one-off engineering cost and depends on how many systems the agent has to talk to, not on how clever it sounds. The running cost is per-minute and comes from the voice platform and the language model, so it scales with call volume rather than with the number of features. That distinction matters when you are budgeting: a simple agent making thousands of calls a day can cost more to run than a complicated one making fifty. Our Clutch profile publishes a five thousand dollar minimum project size and a twenty five to forty nine dollar hourly band. We would rather walk you through the arithmetic for your own call volume on a call than publish a number here that turns out to be wrong for you.
Usually yes, and it is normally where most of the engineering time goes. We build with Claude and Retell at the agent layer, n8n for orchestration, and HubSpot, Clay, Apify and Phantombuster on the data side. We have connected voice agents to Twilio, Airtable, Calendly and Slack in delivered work, and built retrieval assistants on LangChain. The honest constraint is not whether a tool has an API, it is whether the write path is safe to automate. A system that can create a duplicate record, double-book a slot, or send the same email twice causes more work than it saves, so we design the write side and the failure handling before we build the conversation. If your stack has a genuine blocker we will say so early rather than discover it late.
Let’s put AI to work in your business. Start the conversation and see how far we can go, together.
