Not yet in a way we can point to directly. We have not delivered a project for a biotech or life sciences company on the I-270 corridor, and we are not going to describe general automation experience as sector-specific proof. What we have built closest to that world is Flowstate, healthcare clinic automation covering appointment booking, patient report generation, inquiry triage, and OCR document handling, which involved some of the same structured, compliance-aware thinking a biotech or pharma workflow would need, even though it was a clinical setting, not a lab or research environment. If your work involves regulated data, we would talk through exactly what that means for your system before building anything, rather than assume our experience covers it. We would rather have that conversation upfront than discover a gap once a project is underway. A general automation layer around scheduling, intake, or customer communication, though, we can build well regardless of industry.
How does the Port of Baltimore or Maryland’s logistics industry factor into what you build?
We have not built a project specifically for a Port of Baltimore logistics or freight company, so we are not going to claim direct experience there. What is genuinely relevant is the kind of high-volume, process-heavy work logistics companies deal with: inbound calls, status inquiries, and repetitive data entry between systems that do not talk to each other well. That maps closely onto work we have done elsewhere, particularly OraFacePass, an enterprise voice agent built to handle roughly 250,000 calls a day, and workflow automation we build with n8n to move information between a phone system, a CRM, and internal tracking tools. A freight or logistics business in Maryland dealing with repetitive calls or manual status updates would be a reasonable fit for that kind of system, even without us having built for the port sector before. We would build it as a new project informed by relevant experience, not as a repeat of an existing client, because we do not have one yet.
