“Implementing their AI agents completely transformed our customer support pipeline. Hands down the best tech integration we’ve done this year.”

New York is the one state where we are not a remote vendor. Evolvv AI is based in Brooklyn, so if you are hiring an AI agency here, you are hiring one that works in the same market.
Book a 30-minute callBeing based here changes one thing concretely, and it is worth naming before the technology. We can sit in the room. For the parts of a build that depend on seeing how work actually happens, a morning at your front desk or beside a dispatcher tells us more than a specification document ever will. What we build after that is two things. An AI voice agent is software that answers or places phone calls and holds a genuine conversation, understanding what a caller says rather than making them press numbers, and finishing the job by booking, routing or recording it. Workflow automation is the layer underneath, connecting the tools you already use so information moves between them without a person copying it across. Some businesses need one, most benefit from both, and the reason they belong together is that a call handled well is worth very little if the result of it sits in an inbox until Thursday.
New York is really two working environments and we do not pretend they are one. Downstate, across the five boroughs and the surrounding metro, we are local in the ordinary sense: a subway ride, an in-person kickoff, and a habit of meeting once at the start of a project because it makes everything after it faster. Upstate, along the corridor through Albany, Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo, the practical reality is that the work runs the way it would anywhere else, on calls and screen shares, with travel saved for the moments that justify a train. The clock is the same either way, which removes the usual friction entirely. There is no morning window to protect and no overlap to calculate, so a question at eleven gets an answer at eleven. What we ask in return is access to the person who actually performs the process being automated, not only the person who owns the budget.
Phone agents built on Retell that answer or place calls, understand the caller in natural language, qualify them, and book straight onto a calendar.
We wire your CRM, forms, calendar and inbox together with n8n so records and follow-ups move on their own instead of being retyped.
Agents built on Claude, LangChain and LangGraph that reason through multi-step work, pull from your systems and finish the task end to end.
Custom software with AI built in from the first commit, for teams whose workflow no off-the-shelf product actually covers.
Fast, accessible sites structured so people and AI search engines can both read them, wired into the same automations you run elsewhere.
A straight read on which parts of your operation are worth automating first, which to leave alone, and what order to do it in.
Downstate the fit is call volume and coordination. Finance, legal, real estate, media and hospitality all run on scheduling, intake and follow-up, which is voice agent and workflow automation work in equal measure. Our largest voice build to date, for OraFacePass, is an enterprise system handling 250,000 calls a day, with CRM-to-calendar booking, spam and scam detection and a product chatbot, so heavy inbound volume is ground we have covered. Healthcare across the state maps onto Flowstate, our healthcare client, where the work covered appointment booking, patient reports, inquiry triage, OCR document handling, meaning text pulled automatically out of scanned paperwork, and routing into Slack. Upstate the shape changes. Manufacturing around Buffalo and Rochester generates quote requests, order changes and supplier documents that suit automation more than a phone agent. The universities and large healthcare systems anchoring Syracuse, Rochester and Albany more often want agent development built on Claude and LangGraph.
We take on work from businesses anywhere in New York. The 24 cities and towns below are a signpost rather than a boundary. Delivery is remote, so there is no travel radius making one place more practical than another.
We work with businesses across the United States from Brooklyn, New York and St. Petersburg, Florida. Delivery is remote, so distance is not what shapes a build.

Brooklyn. We are a New York company rather than an agency with a rented address and a number that forwards somewhere else, and this is the only state on our site where we can say that. We publish the city rather than a street, which is deliberate: we operate as a service business, meaning we go out to clients rather than having people arrive at a door, so the street itself is not useful information for you. What is useful is what it means in practice. Meetings across the five boroughs and the surrounding metro can happen face to face without becoming an expedition. Time zone questions simply do not exist. And when something needs a same-day conversation, there is no window to catch. For clients further upstate the day-to-day work is remote, in the same way it would be for any part of the country, though the shared clock still removes most of the friction distance normally adds.
It changes the travel, not the work. Building and testing an AI system happens on screen shares and shared documents wherever the client sits, so an upstate project runs the same way a Manhattan one does, at the same times, with the same people. What you lose is the casual in-person visit, and what we would suggest instead is being deliberate about it: one trip worth making, usually early, to watch the actual process rather than hear it described. The upstate work we see is also different in kind. Manufacturers around Buffalo and Rochester tend to have a document and coordination problem rather than a phone problem, so the build leans toward workflow automation, wiring systems together so orders, quotes and changes stop being retyped by hand. The universities and healthcare systems in that corridor more often want agent development. Both are things we build remotely as standard, and neither depends on us being an hour away.
Our largest voice deployment is OraFacePass, an enterprise system handling 250,000 calls a day. It covers more than answering: CRM-to-calendar booking so a call ends with an appointment in the right place, spam and scam detection to filter traffic that should never reach a person, an inbound agent, and a chatbot for product questions. We mention it because it answers what buyers usually mean by the question, which is whether a system holds up when the volume is not a demo. It does. What we would add is that volume on its own is rarely the hard part. Software does not get tired at four in the afternoon, so the ceiling that limits a room full of people does not apply in the same way. The harder parts are accuracy on the calls that matter, clean handover to a person when the agent should stop, and making sure the work all those calls create is spread sensibly afterwards rather than piling onto one desk.
Flowstate is the direct example. It is a healthcare client where we automated clinic operations: appointment booking, patient report handling, inquiry triage so incoming questions are sorted before a person sees them, OCR document handling, which means reading text out of scanned paperwork so it can be filed automatically, and routing into Slack so the right team sees the right item. Those pieces transfer to most practice groups because the underlying problem is the same. Now the part you need before going any further. Evolvv AI holds no healthcare certifications and no security certifications of any kind, and we will never tell you that something we built is certified or approved. What we do is build with clear data handling and logging, and work alongside whoever advises your practice on those questions so that judgment sits with them, before any system touches real patient information.
